2. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

• Image Generation: Facial photos are used solely for the technical purpose of generating virtual dress fitting images.
• Service Improvement: For analyzing service usage patterns and improving stability and performance.
• Customer Support: To respond to user inquiries and resolve issues.

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

• Facial Photos:

  Unless a user explicitly requests deletion, facial photos are retained until account deletion. Upon user withdrawal, the photos are permanently deleted without delay. Users may request deletion at any time.

• Other Information (nickname, email, etc.):

  Retained until user account deletion or the purpose of collection is fulfilled, after which it is deleted promptly.

• Legal Retention:

  Where required by applicable laws (e.g., consumer protection laws), data may be retained for the period stipulated by such laws.
